If you purchase a coaching sessions package or subscribe to a free training, or request to download a free resource, you’ll automatically receive our newsletter via email. You may unsubscribe from this email newsletter any time. You’ll find an unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email. Or you may email us at info@engishcoachsandy.com ask us to delete you from the email list.
We only collect information that you provide by completing an online form for free resources or when you purchase a course. This data is never sold to a third party; however, it may be shared with a third party. For example, if you purchase a course and you use PayPal to make the purchase, then your data is shared with PayPal.

Please review the following policies for all online sessions with English Coach Sandy
When you purchase 1:1 online sessions from English Coach Sandy, you agree to the following policies:
All sessions are to be paid in advance after receiving email with all the necessary information. The payment has to be made two days in advance of our scheduled session. Invoices may also be emailed directly upon request.
All payments may be made via PayPal or by deposit to the bank account English Coach Sandy is going to inform about via email. You may use a bank account or a credit/debit card to make payments. English Coach Sandy cannot accept checks or transfers.
Please note that your payment authorizes only one person to access and participate in the session. Sharing sessions content with others or publishing it is strictly prohibited. Should you share your sessions/webinar/workshop access with another person, your access to the session/webinar/workshop and all its material may be immediately revoked for violating these policies.
When you choose to purchase from and study with English Coach Sandy, it means you accept our Terms of Use and Disclaimer.
All sessions are scheduled via an online scheduling application called Calendly. It is the student’s responsibility to make sure the selected time zone is correct for accurate times of their sessions. When you schedule your class, you will receive a confirmation by email and a reminder email 12 hours before your class.
One-to-One Sessions and Coaching:
If you cancel or ask to reschedule within at least 24 hours notice, you will receive credit for a future session.
If you cancel or ask to reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, you will NOT receive a refund and the class will NOT be rescheduled.
If you do not show up for your scheduled session, you will NOT receive a refund.
Group Sessions:
If you need to cancel or reschedule a small group coaching session, it is the responsibility of the student to cancel or reschedule as soon as possible. Failure to do so may result in missing the session and no refunds will be given.
Webinars/workshops with fewer than 2 students may be canceled by English Coach Sandy. English Coach Sandy will notify students by email if this should happen.
Lessons are to start on time. ENGLISH COACH SANDY cannot refund or make-up lost time due to student’s late arrival or technical difficulties.
One-on-One Sessions
Always inform English Coach Sandy if you will be late. If you are late for a session without notice, English Coach Sandy will wait and keep the class open for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, English Coach Sandy will close the class and you will NOT receive a refund or the opportunity to reschedule.
Group Sessions
Always inform English Coach Sandy if you will be late. English Coach Sandy may lock the class after 10 minutes, which means you will not be able to join if you are more than 10 minutes late.
If in any case no students arrive within the first 10 minutes and English Coach Sandy does not receive any notifications about late arrivals, English Coach Sandy may close the session. This session will not be rescheduled.
One-to-One confident English coaching Sessions:
English Coach Sandy does not issue refunds for sessions that have already been completed.
You can get a refund only if, after taking one single session with English Coach Sandy, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund for the full package of your paid coaching sessions. Send an email within 7 days of your first session at info@englishcoachsandy.com and you will get a refund no questions asked.
In the event that English Coach Sandy cannot meet at the scheduled time, 24 hours notice will be given, unless unable to do so. Both parties will try to reschedule at a convenient time for both parties. If no reschedule is agreed upon, fees paid are usable for future lessons.
Only if agreed by you, English Coach Sandy will record your sessions and share a private link with you. These recorded sessions are not going to be shared with anyone else. No other recording of the session may be done, by either party.
If you ask English Coach Sandy to edit or review materials outside of your session time, English Coach Sandy may do so but this is considered session time and must be paid depending on the time spent.
